I purchased this item back in August and said delivery 4-5 weeks, I patiently wait 6 weeks before I check with them last week 10/15 they tell me the piece will be ship to me 10/19 just to sent me an email saying won't be available till December 4th and is only and estimate time, I call them again and I was attending by the most rude customer service employee, I understand production delays what I can't understand is why need to be rude when you work in CS, I would never order here again.
