Slim Fit Square Profile Quiet Bathroom Exhaust Fan with LED Light

I had 6 of the installed with my bathroom project: 4 flush in the ceiling, one flush in the ceiling shower and one flush in the new closet. I love them. They provide a lot of light and are the perfect size. I recommended them to a friend recently who had a house fire. They may purchase them as well.

I bought this fan to replace a very dated NuTone ceiling fan in my bathroom that was improperly installed by the previous homeowner. In looking for a new fan I needed it to satisfy the spatial dimension requirements between the joists and the remaining holes in the drywall ceiling from the old fan. This square profile fan from Aero Pure fit the bill. Not only was it more powerful than the previous in terms of CFM, it was at least twice as quiet. Installing it was a somewhat difficult because of the state of my mid-century house. One difficulty I encountered (hence the one star deduction) was because of the short electrical connections of the fan housing. Once pushed through to the exterior, the short length of the wires made it difficult to connect the twist-on connectors to the wires of the Romex above the ceiling. Other than that, the instructions were helpful and clear with correct dimensions provided for enlarging the hole in the ceiling. The fan on the whole is attractive to look at with its white profile. The integrated LED light is bright with adequate warmth (in K, although I would have preferred it be more toward the natural light of the spectrum). Most importantly, the fan motor and rotor is nearly silent. without sacrificing volumetric air changes needed to minimize condensation in this humid room. Overall, it has provided a clear improvement to my bathroom.

We bought this for our remodel and haven't installed it yet the quality and style look amazing. I can't wait to add this to our new bathroom. Excited to have a quiet fan.
