I ordered two fans and paid for them but was only sent one. This fan is massive depth wise and unfortunately didn't fit our space even though the diameter was correct

Looks nice but is poorly designed, with a flimsy cover, ridiculous lens mounting, and LED assembly that is so bright white that it belongs in an operating room. In addition, it performs very poorly, with no discernable draw. I had it installed by a pro and they can't figure out the design either.
