Everything is adjustable so you are provided maximum comfort. I have the hardwood option and the chair glides across my floor beautifully. The chair comes in a fairly large box, mostly assembled, so setup was very quick and easy. The chair is made in the USA and is environmentally sustainable. As if all that wasn't enough, there is a 12 year warranty.
