Horrible experience from beginning to end. The lights I ordered arrived and they looking NOTHING like the photos on the website. I initiated a refund that day. Waited 3 days and never even received confirmation that they received my request so I called. The customer service gal sent me the confirmation email. The email said it would be 5-7 days before I would receive my return shipping label email. Not sure why it takes so long. This is 2025 for heavens sake. A week went by, no email, so I called again. The customer service gal sent me the return shipping label and the email stated I MUST return the package within 3 days of getting the label. I printed the label and shipped back THAT SAME DAY. Four days went by and I received an email stating that I could just keep the lights or 'dispose' of them. Well, I obviously no longer had them as I was told they MUST be shipped back within THREE days or receiving my return label. Complete and absolute unorganized, unresponsive company with deceptive representation of their items.I will never, ever order anything from them again and I have told all of my friends and family the same. Rediculous.

The lightbulbs cannot easily be removed from the socket. The entire interior portion of the fixture spins so it's difficult to change the bulb. Manufacturer says to turn off power, push up on socket while unscrewing or use a lubricant like WD 40. Now one of the lights no longer works but is beyond 1-year warranty

Installed two of these fixtures about three years ago, and they are fabulous! The scale matched our exterior entrance perfectly, and added a grandeur that is really appealing. The fixtures are heavy, and it took some effort to get them installed, but since them they have been totally functional (nice and bright) with no issues with finish alteration.

This light is great. Not only is it stylish, but it gives out the perfect amount of light. I installed it on my front porch. It was a breeze to install, I had it done in no time. I get so many compliments on it! The black color is great, very versatile. I know this light will last for a long time, and I am so happy with the quality! by 

I love this light! The style is so cute and looks great at my lake house! It was easy to install and gives off a lot of light in my breeze way. It's light weight and easy to handle with no glass to worry about getting broken when having it shipped.
