The product itself is of good quality and looks great but there were no instructions for installation and no mounting screws.

the construction of the light fixture is very solid and looks much better when is installed. The glass part is quite matted so you need higher lumen light bulb. is a very nice light for almost everywhere and different styles of houses. I installed in the closet which is next to master bathroom. I love the look except I wish is brighter.

I bought two of these fixtures, a small and a medium for our kitchen. The fixtures came in 4 boxes (2 boxes per order) and were very well packed (as is everything i've purchased from Lumens). Even though I purchased two fixtures, neither one came with instructions. I couldn't find online instructions or any details on the Lumens spec sheet but we figured it out The metal plate used to affix the light to the ceiling that came with the product did not line up with the electrical plate already placed in our ceilings. I'm not sure if this is because the product is Italian made but we had to drill extra holes in the metal place and fuss with the existing electrical in our home to get the lights up. Overall I'm glad we had the patience to put the lights up (we are DIYers) and they look amazing. The glass and light is beautiful and I would order them again (and am planning to for another room) despite the issues with the install. I'm sure a professional electrician would have less trouble than we had getting the lights up.
