Sandy Chilewich is an American designer who founded Chilewich in 1997. An American company based in New York City, Chilewich is known for producing rugs, runners, placemats, doormats and more since 2000. Sandy Chilewich leads each design as creative director. The company is committed to sustainability and a broad audience, creating designs made of at least 18% renewable vegetable content that span culture, tastes and income levels.
