Clean lines, bright light

I recently purchased a 1926 home in suburban Boston. We're updating the bathroom and chose this fixture for its clean lines and LED lamps. The instructions were easy to follow making installation painless. The light it gives off is quite bright and very white. It's not the cold, blue light often associated with LEDs but it is more white than an incandescent. I find this lamp gives good illumination with true colors when I do my make-up in the morning. Overall, my husband and I like the lamp and are hoping that it lasts us quite awhile.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Needed good led illumination in bathroom with curved fixtures, so this fit the bill. George Kovacs is always stylish.

We got these for both of our bathrooms in our new condo. They put out a lot of cool light, so be aware of mixing in other lights, especially incandescent.

George Kovacs

George Kovacs was born 1926 in Vienna, Austria. After moving to the US, Kovacs was enticed in 1954 to market J.T. Kalmar lamps. Inspired by the success of that endeavor--and the observed popularity of such contemporary lighting--Kovacs expanded his lighting import and design business (with locations throughout New York).
