I love everything that Starck does. The faucets. shower head, spout, toilets, suspension lights in my house are Starck, even suits cases, and I've had Rosy Angelis for the last 17 years. But recently the movers broke it, so this is my 3rd Rosy Angelis. If someone breaks it again, I will buy it again. I have not set up this new one yet, but the 2 I had did not work with LED bulbs though. When you use LED bulb, it flickers. But it doesn't matter to me. I still love it. Perfect for high ceiling spaces.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Form trumps function

I love how sexy this lamp is. What I don't love is how it has never been a great, functional light for my bedroom. The light blinks constantly, the lovely cloth shade falls off with little effort, the on/off "switch" is unreliable. For this amount of money I expected more but I love the way it finishes my bedroom...at least in daylight!

Love the light. Very modern and nice contrast of the soft fabric over the diffuser with the clean lines of the tapering tripod legs. Two small suggestions - this should come with an in-cord dimmer as well, and they need to tell you to iron out the creases in the fabric cover... Also think the diffuser should be in glass for a lamp of this price.
