It is a lovely chandelier. Elegant and well sized. However, the piece arrived without key parts for install. Makes it very hard when you have electricians scheduled out and now they have to come back. I worked with my Lumens rep to get replacement parts and while the customer service is great to work with, my project completion is now delayed.
