I have looked for a LONG time for the perfect lamps to go on either side of my three seat sofa in my traditional living room. I wanted something modern, that fit in with a bright color scheme, large art, and traditional furniture. This fit the bill perfectly! I order the lamp in white with a Lucite base and it looks wonderful. I could not find this large Robert Abbey double gourd lamp with a Lucite base at any other on-line store. The time from order to delivery was right in line with what they said (about a month) which was less than if I had ordered it through a store (which told me 6 weeks).

I'm delighted with this new lamp! The color is perfect, the lucite clear, and it fits beautifully in my bedroom. I'm impressed w the crush-proof packaging of the lamp shades. Very nice shopping experience
