Ray Power
Ray Power is an Irish lighting designer known for his work with LZF. Power graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1997 and moved to Spain the following year, where he began his collaboration with LZF. His signature style relies on using geometry to produce three-dimensional forms using flat materials like LZF’s signature wood veneers. His work has been exhibited throughout the world, including Milan, Valencia, Dublin, Madrid and Tokyo. Power’s more recent designs, the Link (2007) and Air (2008) respectively won him the Chicago Good Design award and the Red Dot award.
