The Prima Signora Floor Lamp from FontanaArte balances a luminous white blown glass globe atop a slender chrome-plated tripod, forming a poised composition of gentle curves and crisp linear supports. An Italian-made design created by Daniela Puppa, the glowing sphere crowns the reflective metal structure with quiet clarity. The glass diffuser softens illumination as it spreads outward, creating a calm, welcoming glow. The refined interplay of rounded glass and polished metal gives the lamp a graceful presence suited for living rooms, bedrooms, and reading areas.

FontanaArte

Architect Gio Ponti founded FontanaArte lighting in Milan in 1932 after serving as the artistic director of Luigi Fontana Company. The focus was on stained glass and its awe-inspiring presence in churches and cathedrals. In 1979, the contemporary lighting company is purchased by several private buyers and is revitalized to include well-known architects and glass artists.
