An inspired design from the mind of veteran industrial designer Christophe Mathieu, its spindly form is fused from an assembly of aluminum, brass, and iron, using the inspiration of an industrial wall lamp found on a walk-in La Escala to tailor its intriguing design. A blocky metal base and two small but strong brackets extend a long stem upward and over to place cutting-edge LED lamping inside a flared, conical shade that extends an even ambiance below it.

Bover

When Bover Lighting began in 1996, it was almost by accident. At dinner with an architect friend, Joana Bover sketched out a lamp on a paper tablecloth. The architect ultimately used the lamp for one of his projects, with great success. This led others to approach Bover about designing lighting for them. Bover's reputation and the demand for her modern lighting quickly grew, leading to the formation of Bover, a lighting design company in Barcelona, Spain.
