Refined, poetic, and elegant. The PH Septima Pendant from Louis Poulsen has a layered, stylized artichoke design that blends clear and frosted glass, able to brighten any space it is placed in. Created by the legendary Danish designer Poul Henningsen in 1928 for exhibition at the Danish Museum of Decorative Art, now Designmuseum Danmark, it is carefully engineered for glare-free glow, with the top of this pendant optimized to protect the fixture from dust and other particulates. The layers of curved glass project light downward to create both direct light and ambient light, adding an engaging visual contrast in addition to the fixture’s practical applications.
