Why We Love Peter Stathis Lighting
On the outside, the modern lamps designed by Peter Stathis are fun and friendly, presented in a way that makes the cutting edge technology within more accessible. And there's another layer to his work. Stathis approaches design from a semantics viewpoint. That is, he insists on designs having established context, or making sure a "form is informed." In other words, there is deeper meaning behind each of his modern lamps and other products, some social commentary that's subtle or explicit (based on that all important outer form).

Peter Stathis designed the Link collection of contemporary task lamps for Pablo Lighting. These modernizations of classic pantograph lamps include the latest LED technology. That, together with eye-catching colors and smooth adjustability, have earned the Link collection numerous awards and hearty praise.
