Deriving its name and inspiration from pearl jewelry, it starts with a single cable that stretches down from a stepped disc canopy, transits through a slightly curved metal body, and then shoots upward to a smaller final anchor point in parallel with the first drop. The metal body uses three low-profile dish housings to seat small, evenly-spaced LED lamps that rise from the center of the bar, each surrounded by a blown-glass sphere that suggests a pearl shape.
