Named after the pleats that grow beneath mushroom caps, this piece boasts a hand-folded foil shade with soft vertical ridges running across its oblong silhouette. A concealed integrated LED rests inside the piece, glowing vibrantly and creating an ambient light for the room. This piece is part of a family of pendants and can be grouped in multiples to present a luminous accent piece.

Le Klint

Tage Klint pioneered the family handicraft business in Denmark in 1943, inspired by P.F. Jensen-Klint's invention of the pleated lampshade. Tage added the elastic collar to the top of the shade to better keep the pleats from unraveling. The business was passed down to Tage's son, Jan Klint, in 1953, who still runs the company.
