legrand.us/Great alternative to the standard ugly looking switches. Fresh stylish contemporary look without breaking the bank. The back light option is not included but it's a very cool looking option for additional few bucks. The installation is simple, but you need to take a look at the manual to understand how the entire modular system works. The manuals are very effective intuitive and easy to use.
