- The cover on outdoor OGO products does not need to be removed. Clean dirt with absorbent paper, then use soap, water, and a soft bristle brush in circular motions. Rinse with a hose on medium to high pressure and allow the item to dry completely before long term storage. Dry in a sunny, well ventilated area for 2 to 4 days. For tough stains, use a mixture of water and 20% bleach, then repeat the same cleaning process. Clean after each use.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
