We bought these in brass to replace some already nice sconces in a house built in 1880. We liked the retro-mod feel these gave off and they fit perfectly with our interior design aesthetic for the house. They give off a beautiful warm glow that sets the mood but without being distracting when lit. And they are extremely well made to boot. Very very happy with these sconces!
