I ordered five of these and virtually all of them have cracked over the year and a half I've had them. One cracked the very first week but it was in the back so I kept it but over time they all have with just minimal touching (to dust) and it's so disappointing. I was hoping that Lumens could do something to help me but they refused because they were open box items. They all arrived intact, of course, and if it was a quality product they would have stayed that way. Disappointed in customer service.
