Love the look but waiting for replacement as one of the armed are bent in. I had talked to someone and they said replacement on the way and never received it. Feeling a little frustrated with the process. Please advise . Thank you Susan Simone

I am totally in love with this chandelier, even more so in person! It's very large, and perfect for my living room with vaulted ceilings! I can't Say enough about how amazing Lumen's customer service was! I made a mistake in entering my zip code so originally it was delivered to the wrong state. They were understanding and quick to resolve the problem! Overall very satisfied and will be purchasing more from this company!

Good quality and a great finish in a antique nickel/pewter. Minimal lines, but substantial size (larger than I pictured, but not too big for master bedroom). Price was not cheap, but worth it!
