Designed by Oki Sato, the founder of the iconic nendo design studio, it is a new interpretation of the traditional anglepoise lamp with a contemporary spin. The design is solid, complemented by easy adjustability, featuring a multi-jointed stem and funneled head with a small rear opening, both made of powder coated Aluminum. These design elements incorporate a wide range of customization, creating something refined and practical, allowing you to angle the task-oriented LED output precisely where it is most needed, or positioned towards the wall for offset ambiance.

I have this lamp as a bedside table lamp and it's wonderful. Strong, warm (2700) lighting and lovely to look at in its simplicity and elegance. This purchase of the standing version of the NJP lamp is just as wonderful - beautiful lines and function is just as expected. An excellent reading lamp and looks lovely in every room (we put it in our library).
