Like a cumulus cloud on the verge of releasing rain, the Nevo Pendant from a-emotional light showcases the expressive potential of Arturo Alvarez’s signature stainless steel mesh. Though the mesh appears soft and cloud-like, it is actually a hard, durable material—expertly hand-shaped into fluid, organic forms. Its strength allows for dramatic sculpting, creating layers of varying opacity that beautifully diffuse the light. Each pendant is entirely handmade, and because of the artisanal process, no two pieces are exactly alike—making every Nevo a truly original work of illuminated art.

- Cleaning: The cleaning of the lamp shade should be made with a duster in a daily basis, for deeper cleaning a damp cloth and mild soap could be used. For deeper cleaning: Be careful of not apply water to the electrical parts. The cleaning should be done with the lamp turned off. If it is possible to remove the shade from the electrical parts do it for deeper cleaning. Do not use chemical aggressive cleaning products (i.e. alcohol or other solvents), scouring pads they could damage the paint cover. Deeper Cleaning is limited to the outer surfaces of the shade; all other parts must only be cleaned with a soft cloth. It is important to ensure that no moisture or humidity enter into the electrical parts.

Disappointed!

I was really looking forward to receiving and installing this light because it looks beautiful from the photos. But when I received the package and opened the box yesterday, I was mightily disappointed. This is because: 1) The light is supposed to be circular but the one I got is more of a square 2) The thick white paint finish is not what I expected from the photos 3) The flower shape looks beautiful in the photos but the light I got has an uglier form, quite different and much worse than the photos 4) There was a pungent smell as if this came straight from a chemicals factory, and this spread through my entire condo quickly! I wanted to keep the light and enjoy it but with all these issues I had no choice but request Lumens for a return.

I absolutely LOVE my 2 Nevo Pendants hanging over my dining room table. They are elegant, modern, and lend a touch of 'nature' & 'softness' to a space filled with relatively cold modern materials. On top of it, very unique: I'm not worried about seeing the same thing at a friends house!
