Key Features
The Neverending Glory La Scala Pendant from Vistosi honors Milan’s iconic LE Scala theater with an artfully crafted glass container inspired by the chandelier topping its grand room. With the theater being a place for conjuring emotion, it’s no wonder why duo Jan PlechĂ¡c & Henry Wielgus approaches their work with the idea of using minimalist design to create emotions. The design duo sketches the essential outline of LE Scala’s traditional chandelier and Imaginate it as a sculptural modern shade. Artisans bring the sketch to life by tapering intricate layers of glass. The pointed silhouette of the piece captures the drama of the theater. Light enhances this drama as it sweeps the glass with crisp highlights and enters the room as a radiant aura.
Founded in 2007 in Liberic, Czech Republic by Leon Jakimic, Lasvit brings premier and sculptural glass arrangements to the world. Taken from the Czech words for ‘love’ and ‘light,’ Lasvit provides a series of glass lighting and home dĂ©cor products crafted with utmost care and skill.
