As an owner of a midcentury half-plex designed by the Streng Brothers and architect Carter Sparks, I felt compelled to purchase this stunning piece for our dining room! It felt like getting the cherry on the sundae as a completion to our design aesthetic and need to anchor our rooms that contains and nods to similar tones and shapes, and feels retro and futuristic all at once. We're over the moon to now be able to host friends, neighbors and family more confidently when touring the space. With such an easy installation and gratitude that it works with our existing dimmer, it gives a lovely character and fun retro mood to our home. We couldn't have had an easier transaction, prompt delivery, or more pleasant experience turning this "once upon a time wish-list lighting feature" into our everyday now reality, and it helps to know we are honoring the design our Streng HOA community reflects that was built in 1974 among the neighborhoods throughout Sacramento.

The Nelson Saucer Bubble light has been wonderful, we first ordered a less expensive copy but when it arrived the quality was terrible and we sent it back. Then we ordered the original real Nelson and it has been great. Very high quality and the even light it displays is nice, especially with a dimmer switch. It has been very popular with everyone that sees it.
