The Prince Pendant from SkLO features a gently curved, double-ellipsoid outer shade formed from transparent handblown glass, surrounding a cylindrical core of opaque glass that glows softly from within. Designed in collaboration with AvroKO and made in the Czech Republic, it highlights the partnership’s attention to color, clarity, and eloquent, layered depth. As the inner light diffuses through the tinted outer layer, the pendant takes on a warm, atmospheric character. Finished with a decorative metal stem above, it brings an inviting, artful presence to dining areas, kitchens, or other gathering spaces.

SkLO

Located in Northern California, SkLO is the brainchild of artist Karen Gilbert, architect Paul Pavlak, and Czech-native Pavel Hanousek. The three met in Healdsburg in 2009, and after discovering a unanimous passion for hand-blown glass (sklo means “glass” in Czech), they decided to create a multi-disciplinary studio focusing on glass lighting and accessory design.
