not "fully" adjustable
The horizontal arm does "see-saw" (and then locks when it's where you want it) at the joint where it meets the vertical post. But that's it for adjustability. The vertical post does NOT telescope up & down, and the horizontal arm does NOT slide back and forth. Can't put the lamp too close to a wall because of the counterweight. Luckily, my space is such that it still fits; and, it's a handsome piece, so, works for me.
