In redoing my kitchen and actually the rooms around it as well I was definitely finding it a challenge to find fixtures that complimented each other but were not so matchy matchy. This fixture had the drum look that I wanted but the design is fresh and different and I love it! The gold/brass used in the rooms is more of a darker hue than a light honey bronze and this is a bit darker and goes well with that look.
