Luce Cilindrica LED Linear Suspension

The Luce Cilindrica LED Linear Suspension from FLOS offers a segmented, sculptural approach to indoor illumination using Italian artisan craftsmanship. Designed by Tobia Scarpa, its engaging construction features a set of rounded borosilicate glass sections, blown using traditional techniques dating back centuries, each surrounding a slender extruded aluminum body suspended via cables for an almost weightless appearance. A set of linear LED modules extends inside the glass, oriented upward and downward, offering full coverage of ambient light and easily swapped for maintenance. A dimmer control at one end of the linear design enhances control of the efficient ambiance.
