This is the perfect little reading sconce that can tuck away when not used. Added bonus that it doesn't need complicated switching.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

A bit pricey, but worth it because of the solid construction and superior design. Makes an excellent reading light, the light is only visible in the direction pointed, from the side looks turned off, as to not disturb the sleeping companion. Also, no on/off switch to fumble for, turns on upon unfolding and turns off upon folding.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Great Fixture!

Used for a bunkbed - great fixture! The only negative is that it's very tricky to install. The screw into the wall is hard to access because of the way the box is attached.

Love the way that the light opens and turns on. Design is clean and fits our décor perfectly. Pricey but worth it if it lasts!

Marset

Marset was established in 1942 as a family business, not making lighting, but as a foundry. That foundation in casting metals did eventually segue into lighting design, however, with Francisco Marset formally establishing Marset Illuminacion in 1965. The decades spent experimenting with and molding metal translated well into the contemporary lighting industry: manipulating all kinds of materials to create unexpected, atmospheric lighting effects.
