Designed by Dave Ellis of The Modern Fan Company, the LeatherLuxe Ceiling Fan helps tie the ambiance and aesthetic of your rooms with its swift breeze and elegantly accenting leather. This piece showcases the personality of Ellis’ work, where every stitch and subtle contour is crafted with great visual impact in mind. Suspended with an included 3” or 14” downrod, its dark bronze construction provides a graphic silhouette with its deep hue. Wrapping leather defines the form of its cylindrical housing with a soft, lustrous surface and neat stitching. A trio of CNC milled Paulownia wood blades extend out with gestural contours underlining their aerodynamics. A DC motor sends the blades moving across six separate speeds, leaving behind the enduring figure of its elegant leather. Adjust its comfortable breeze with your choice of remote, which adds reversible and light switch toggling.

Modern Fan Company

The Modern Fan Company was founded in 1997 by industrial designer Ron Rezek in Ashland, Oregon. It was the first (and to this day, only) company of its kind: a designer and manufacturer of contemporary ceiling fans. It was established based on the overwhelming success of Rezek's 1986 design of the Stratos Ceiling Fan, which did away with all ornate brass scrollwork and blade irons standard up until that time.
