Designed in 1921 by Bernard-Albin Gras, this fixture was created to provide attractive and functional lighting for office and factory, but it shines in the home as well. Its slender, single-stem body is fashioned from robust steel and descends from a circular canopy, curving down and over at multiple pivot points before ending at an adjustable shade. A single lamp channeled by the shade’s smooth interior can be oriented as desired to send warm ambient or direct light in any direction.
