La Vie Ceiling/Wall Light

We're remodeling a seriously outdated condo and need all new lighting. I first bought Slamp's Clizia fixture and fell in love with it so I bought two others in different styles. This one is going in the guest bedroom. We installed it temporarily just to see how it looks, and it's another winner. Absolutely beautiful and so different. We have low ceilings, so finding something that has this much wow factor without being too big was a huge win. Our guests are going to love it!

This is a lovely and unique light which I normally would rate 5/5 stars. I was excited to order it and eagerly waited for the delivery. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I immediately contacted Lumen's via chat. It took a while to have the situation resolved as I was required to contact them numerous times. I was asked 3 different times by three different agents to send 3 requested pictures -which I did each time. Finally I was told a replacement light was being sent. I am still waiting for the replacement. It seems like my information wasn't being passed along and each time I was starting over. A seamless customer service encounter would eliminate frustration. I am cautiously optimistic that the replacement will arrive in a timely manner and that it will be in perfect condition. This truly is a striking light and I'm looking forward to having it installed.
