Classy looking but a tad dim
Easy to put together; lightweight. Large-ish dimmer slider that is in a black enclosure + black cord. I have this in bronze and it's good looking on and off. The shade arrived with minor imperfections that I'm overlooking. Ensure the height will work for your room. Note that this lamp is more for ambient light. For a small living room, I need other lights to fully brighten the space. Incidentally, I also have a Miss K table lamp; that one seems brighter than this one.

It's a beautiful lamp both in form and function
I tend to be careful with Philippe Starck designs, they are beautiful but sometimes they either become too common or compromise function too much. In this case I'm very happy with the result, the lamp is quite elegant, modern and really functional. On top of that the Ylightning shopping experience is flawless, great purchase for me.
