A disappointing experience. Shipment was very, very slow, delayed at least once with no apology or updates. I was not advised that the lampshade was shipped separately. One week after the base arrived still no lamp shade and no tracking information available. The design is fine. However the lack of shipping information reflects an unacceptable, casual attitude towards the product's retailing that is, in my view, borderline deceptive
