A distinctly handsome addition to our dining room

This eye-catching design looks perfect with our Danish Modern dining room furniture. Coupled with LED bulbs and dimmer, it creates a warm comfortable glow. The ability to raise and lower the fixture is a definite plus. A concern was mentioned in another review that you can see the bulbs under the shade; we lowered it to 20 1/2" above the table top and that prevents any glare from peeking out under the shade. Installation was a bit tricky for our electrician, but he eventually got everything figured out. The counter weight globe is surprisingly heavy and I supported it while he attached the canopy cover on the ceiling. I would not recommend this as a diy install unless you have a lot of experience. #sweepstakes.

The Domus Arta Adjustable Pendant looks wonderful in your dining room!
No Baffle

This is a lovely looking light fixture that hangs over our dining table, but the glare of the bulbs goes right into your eyes unless you pull in down low over the table. Sorry I didn't notice that a baffle wasn't included because the company cannot find polycarbonate so that we could make our own baffle. Wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful and functional fixture.

This is a beautiful and stylish fixture that makes an impression without being flashy. The counterweight makes setting the lamp at the perfect height for different situations easy. I have it hung over the table in my informal dining room. The bulbs are uncovered underneath the lamp, but this was not a problem for me as I used frosted bulbs. A great investment.

We looked high and low for a pendant that would literally go high and low to accommodate raising the position when we have large parties and move our dining table from the center of the room. We ordered 2, but realized when the shade was on that one was more than sufficient for our space. The overall appearance of the fixture is stunning, and the counterweight is much heavier than anticipated. Very high quality. Worth every penny.
