Purchased four of these. We had a bit of an issue with delivery. Received 3 of 4 packages. The fourth package was untraceable. Contacted customer service and they fixed the issue quickly. No hassle, no fuss and no additional cost. Had a good experience with their customer service and response time. Love the look of these lights. They are clean, simple and modern. I think the gooseneck adds a bit of elegance. I do wish they are a tad bigger though, but overall, still a great buy. Looks nice in our back patio. Very satisfied.
