To avoid uneven fading and wear, rotate the rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear. For hide rugs, rotate every 6 months. To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using a rug pad.

Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
