Comments about Shiloh LED Chandelier

This is a high-end, well-constructed fixture and it looks stunning when installed. Unfortunately, when illuminated it creates a very harsh shadow pattern that makes the room feel uncomfortable and visually cluttered. I viewed this fixture in a showroom and did not see this issue there, so it was an unexpected and disappointing result at home — especially given the cost. If it weren't for the shadow effect, I would absolutely recommend it. But for me, it's a dealbreaker, and it's frustrating to be unable to return an item due to an issue that only becomes apparent when installed and turned on.
