Comments about Hollywood Vanity Light

Bought 3 of these to hang vertical as bathroom sconces. All 3 had some scratches right out of the box. Also had issues installing the bulbs as I purchased bulbs that didn't have much of a "neck" on them and the sockets wouldn't make contact due to the excessive length of the gold collars.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Maxim Lighting

Back in 1965, Jacob Sperling came to Los Angeles to study aeronautical engineering. Inspired by a job working for a lighting retailer, he turned his mechanical skills to the manufacture of lighting fixtures, building them in his garage and selling them out of his station wagon. In 1970, he brought brother Zvi on to help, and Maxim Lighting was born.
