I ordered these to control two MinkaAire Aluma fans, but after my GC installed them he reported that they're not compatible.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

My handyman installed two MinkaAire fans each with this hand held remote control. Tight fit, but very doable. Easy to program. Works great.

My son fried the old unit, new went in easy and works great. I love the Minka Aire fan in our den and am looking to continue placing that unit in other rooms on our first floor.
