Comments about Handheld Remote RCS212
I wanted a remote controller to pare with a ceiling fan that I bought from Lumens a few years ago. I communicated with Lumens over chat. The real, live person, not some bot, answered all my questions and steered me to the correct remote controller. I highly recommend them. All products I have ever purchased from Lumens including ceiling fans and pendant lights are great and working after many years.
