Comments about Groove 5CCT LED Chandelier
I purchased the Groove fixture online without seeing it in person, and unfortunately, it looked much cheaper and flimsier than expected. I had my electrician hang it briefly—no more than five minutes—to check the lighting, and it failed to adequately illuminate the dining room. The fixture's thin hanging wire made it appear inexpensive and poorly made. When I attempted to return it, Lumens declined, citing a policy against returns of installed lights—even though it was barely hung and remains in its original packaging, unused. Customer service was unhelpful and never followed up as promised. I'm now out hundreds of dollars and left with a light I'll never use. I had planned to purchase several other fixtures through their trade program, but after this experience, I won't be buying from Lumens again. Very disappointing.
