Comments about Everly 2 Tier Pendant
This item was lovely in person but unfortunately was too big for our space. HOWEVER, I returned it to Lumens in perfect condition and am still waiting 18 days later for my refund to be processed even though you say it will take 7-10 days to process. When I called, I was told it will take ANOTHER 7-10 days to process. This is very poor customer service.
