First time I've ever been motivated to take the time to submit a review for a purchase but I feel compelled to. The chairs from Calligaris are well made, comfortable and the fabric feels great and holds up well. They arrived even sooner than expected but I ended up being very unhappy with how the color of the fabric looked in the room where I intended to use the chairs. I talked to yliving customer service right away and they were EXTREMELY helpful setting up an exchange of the chairs for ones in a color that was more acceptable to me with a minimal charge, just to make sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Communication during the exchange process was outstanding, with quick email responses to all my questions. Buying furniture online can be a hit or miss experience since colors can look different on phone/PC screens and you can't touch or sit in them before buying but after this experience I'll never hesitate ordering from Yliving as they were willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the order.
