The quality was deeply disappointing. The metal shade had visible milling tramlines across the surface, and the white finish was rough and littered with metal fragments. Overall, it looked and felt like a cheap knockoff.

Comments about Erin Pendant
Fixture is great and as expected, but the packaging was extremely poor. The box was a giant top and bottom that had one piece of tape around the seam. In transit that one piece came off and the bow was delivered open. Also, a non returnable item is also an off-putting term.
