- Our wooden products are carefully crafted for indoor use and deserve protection from extreme temperatures and humidity. Avoid potential damage by wiping up any spills immediately to prevent warping or staining. For optimal care and a particularly long lifespan, we recommend using polishes or oils specifically formulated for different types of wood. To further extend the life of our wooden products, they should be wiped regularly with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Note: Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
