The Visual Comfort Architectural, formerly known as Tech, Lighting Electronic Remote Transformer is preferred for its compact size and wide range of power feed options. All of the available remote transformers are mounted in accessible locations, but out of view behind the ceiling or wall. Power is then brought to a Monorail system through a low-profile power feed canopy or other power feed option (both sold separately).

This is the best transformer in the industry. It was easy to hook up and wire for lighting. I have not had a problem with it like I have with the most of the exposed models.
